 Bee Seed Bombs

People often ask me what they can do to help bees thrive. In response I created little power packed flower boxes full of ready-to-sow wild flower seed bombs! Love bees? Grow flowers!

I began beekeeping in 2004. I currently maintain 25 hives in my orchard in Arroyo Seco, near Taos, NM, at 7,600ft.

I love everything about my bees; caring for them, giving them sanctuary here in my orchard, the buzz, their lifecycle and how the bees organize their hives around the Queen, and all their amazing healing products.

When my mother, who has advanced dementia, and my father moved into my house, so that I could care for them, I was given time to think about, and appreciate what I have in my life.  I have always played around with skin care and my mother’s skin is so delicate that I made the Honeybee Balm for her. All the caregivers began noticing how great their hands felt and my Mom’s face and skin healed quickly. 

And so I have Mom to thank for helping me to bring together my bee products and healing skin!

I have 25 Top Bar hives in my orchard in Arroyo Seco, near Taos, NM, at 7,800ft. I call it a sanctuary for the bees, because I care for them and provide them with shelter from this changing environment. I treat the bees with respect and naturally (no chemicals) so that the products they make are clean. I leave them with lots of their own honey every winter.

I’m passionate about bees and the environment, and simple stuff. I grow my own organic food and want to put organic products on my skin too, that’s why I hand-craft this skin care line in small batches based on all the amazing products that the bees produce.

All my products are handmade from natural ingredients.  Packaging is all bio-degradable and hand-printed at my home.
